Get Answers From Your Asana Projects

Many teams connect their project management tools to Unblocked to find task history and implementation choices that shaped their code. Unblocked already integrates with popular tools like Jira and Linear. Now, you can also link your Asana workspace to get answers from key requirements and task updates.
With Asana connected, you can ask questions like:
- What are my open tasks?
- Find tasks resolved by Tom in December.
- List subtasks for the Onboarding experiment task.
- What are the Asana tasks and comments related to this code change?
- What requirements in this task are missing from my implementation?
Getting Started#
To set up the Asana integration for your team, you will need Asana administrator access. Head over to the web dashboard, then click on 'Data Sources.' Once you're there, hit 'Add Data Sources' and find Asana in the list.
Once that’s set, connect your Asana user account and encourage your teammates to do the same. Unblocked personalizes answers based on your identity, so that you get the most relevant context. If your team uses Data Shield, Unblocked will respect your existing permissions, pulling only from the documents you can access.
